Accountancy & Finance Recruitment Team Leader - Bristol
£to 40k OTE £70k+ Year 1 + Benefits.
The Company
A market leading consultancy with ambitious growth plans has a need for a team lead for their Bristol office. With a strong brand name and large client base behind them this is a great opportunity for a senior consultant or current team leader looking for their defining career opportunity rather than just another job.
The Role
The client's key markets cover both large blue chip companies as well as SME's UK wide but for this role the likely specialism will be covering a 70 mile radius of Bristol across primarily perm mid to senior finance roles, but you will also be tasked with managing and developing a team under your stewardship. A good knowledge of the local market is a distinct advantage however not essential, but what is required is the ability to develop relationships with a variety of clients whilst developing a team beneath you. The company place both temp and perm roles and your team will made up of temp finance specialists, a general back office specialist and perm consultants, with a view you will be managing as many as 8 consultants within 6-12 months.
The Person
You will ideally have a track record of successful recruitment in the Accountancy and Finance market, the preference is a perm background although contract and interim backgrounds will be considered for this position. This is likely to be your second or third role in recruitment, and you should be confident at both managing key client requirements and more crucially the ability to develop and oversee a team of consultants. You will carry a target for your own billings however as your team grows the role is more about management and less about personal billing.
The Package
In return you will receive a competitive basic salary with excellent uncapped commission scheme, and £60-70k is achievable in your first 12 months. Targets are realistic and you will also be part of a business with a career path in place to reward success, with a variety of career routes on offer through to regional management and beyond.
