Sindh Health Department initiated a Project namely "Automation of Sindh Health Department" having multiple projects to automate various processes and provide enhanced medical services to the public of the province. Position: Manager Systems & Networks (eq to BPS 19)
  • # of Positions: 1
  • Max Age: 40 years. Education: 16 years
  • Eligibility Criteria: Computer Science / Engineering or closely related degree to required skills,from recognized university.
  • Min Exp: 10 years experience and about 5 years in managing datacenter, Preference will be given to those having Databases administration exp.
  • Skills: Excellent written and oral communication. Experience in Systems proactive management & documentation, Expert with hands-on Cisco, Linux, Windows, Virtualization, Open Source Systems.
Position: Senior Business Analysts (eq to BPS 18) one for each of the following areas:
- One for HR & CRM
- One for Asset/Inventory
- One for eHealth (Mobile and other channels integrated solution for patients and other stakeholders)
  • # of Positions: 3
  • Max Age: 35 years. Education: 16 years
  • Eligibility Criteria: Computer Science/Engineering or closely related degree to required skills from recognized university.
  • Min Exp: 5 years relevant experience preferably in HR & CRM or Assertiveness or eHealth applications.
  • Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills. Leading a software project like a solution owner. Expertise in business analysis and QA techniques. Preference will be given to those having experience of Programming/Database.
Position: Assistant Manager Systems & Network (eq to BPS 18)
  • # of Positions: 1
  • Max Age: 35 years.
  • Education: 16 years Computer Science/Engineering or closely related degree to required skills from recognized university.
  • Min Exp: 5 years relevant experience in working on Networks, Servers, Storages. Preference will be given to Linux & network management exp.
  • Skills: Excellent written and oral communication. Expert with hands-on Cisco, Linux. Windows, Virtualization, Open Source Systems.
Position: Assistant Manager Databases (eq to BPS 18)

  • Max Age: 35 years.
  • Education: 16 years Computer Science/Engineering or closely related degree to required skills, from recognized university.
  • Min Exp: 5 years relevant experience in working on Database Administration and Management.
  • Skills: Excellent written and oral communication. Hands-on MySQL, Postgress & MS SQL. Good at SQL.
Position: Assistant Manager Admin & Accounts (eq to BPS 18)

  • Max Age: 35 years.
  • Education: 14 years relevant degree from recognized university.
  • Min Exp: 5 years experience in Accounting, Inventory and Office Administration. Preference will be given to the person having required experience in/with government sector.
  • Skills: Hands-on accounting with expert level spreadsheet skills, good at office administration. Awareness of legal documentation, procurement rules/SPPRA & event management.

  • Skills: Excellent written and oral communication. Good at technical writing. Clear understanding of business analysis and QA techniques. Preference will be given to those having Programming / Database hands-on.
Position: Data Analyst & Reporting Officer (eq to BPS 17)

  • Education: 16 years Computer Science / Engineering or closely related degree to required skills from recognized university. Min
  • Exp: Fresh Graduate, preferably 2 years in web reports development.
